+ Irrigation Maintenance Plans · Nampa, Idaho

Keep your sprinkler system running at peak performance all season

From spring start‑up to fall winterization, Nampa’s high‑desert swings in heat and moisture take a toll on your irrigation system. Our seasonal maintenance plans keep it calibrated, efficient, and easy on your water bill.

Why it matters

Why an irrigation maintenance plan matters

Between spring re‑activation and fall shut‑down, temperatures and soil moisture swing dramatically across the Treasure Valley. Getting the most from your system, and the right amount of water for your landscape, takes consistent monitoring and timely adjustments. A comprehensive status report follows every visit.

Minimize water waste

Seasonal calibration means you water your landscape, not the sidewalk, lowering your bill.

Healthier landscape

Even coverage keeps turf and plants thriving through Idaho’s hottest months.

Fewer weeds

Precise watering reduces overspray that feeds weeds and wastes herbicide.

Catch issues early

We spot leaks, clogs, and pressure problems before they become expensive repairs.

Before we start

Your system needs to be in good working order

Our maintenance plans keep a healthy irrigation system running at its best. They aren’t designed to bring a neglected or failing system back to life. A maintenance plan can’t compensate for broken parts or major inefficiencies, so those have to be corrected first.

What’s a sprinkler tune‑up?

A repair service that fixes or replaces worn, broken, or failing irrigation components so the system performs the way it should. It’s the reset that gets a system back to a reliable baseline.

During your first visit, we evaluate the condition of your system. If we find issues that would undermine efficient watering, we’ll recommend a tune‑up before enrolling you in a plan.

There’s no benefit to maintaining a system with underlying problems, the inefficiencies just keep wasting water and money. That’s why our plans are built for newer systems, generally 5 years old or less, that are in sound condition. If critical performance issues are present, we’ll address those first with a tune‑up, then get you set up on the plan that fits. An additional tune‑up service may apply if a system is found to be in neglected condition — we’ll always walk you through what we find and what it costs before any work begins, with no surprises.

Common tune‑up examples

  • Broken, tilted, or clogged sprinkler heads and nozzles
  • Leaking valves, fittings, or mainline
  • Low or uneven system pressure
  • Poor coverage causing dry spots or overwatering
  • Outdated or malfunctioning controllers
  • Poor layout design, with heads spaced too far apart for head‑to‑head coverage
  • Mismatched head types mixed on the same zone (rotors and sprays together)
  • Sun and shade areas grouped on one zone, so nothing waters correctly
  • Wrong nozzles or heads for the pressure and area they cover

Questions

Frequently asked questions

What plan is right for me?

The best plan depends on your landscape and how hands‑on you want your watering to be.

  • Essential covers the basics. If you have a smaller garden or a simple landscape and mainly want the peace of mind that your system is started up correctly in spring and blown out properly in the fall, this is the plan for you.
  • Optimized is for better water management. If you have a medium‑size landscape, denser plantings, or specialty gardens where summer watering adjustments really matter, the added mid‑season checks keep everything efficient through the hottest months.
  • Precision is for maximum control and convenience. It’s ideal for landscapes that demand watering be applied correctly and on time, with full‑season attention and remote smart controller management.

Spring start‑up includes system activation, a full system check, seasonal controller programming, inspecting and adjusting all sprinkler heads, and a spring status report.
Yes. Every plan includes a fall winter blow‑out that clears water from your lines, deactivates the system to prevent freeze damage, and finishes with a winter season status report.

A tune‑up repairs or replaces those parts to bring your system back to a reliable baseline. There’s no point maintaining a system with underlying problems, so critical issues are addressed first. An additional tune‑up service may apply if a system is in neglected condition, and we’ll always review the findings and cost with you before any work begins.

No, but it helps. The Precision plan manages your smart controller for enhanced water conservation and includes a free smart controller upgrade for new customers, for systems up to 8 stations. Controller installation is extra.

Because your controller is managed remotely through the app, our tech can test your irrigation settings and make adjustments from anywhere, without needing access to your garage or needing you to be home. That means faster service visits, no scheduling around your day, and no waiting for someone to let us in.

During check‑ups, repairs, and blow‑outs, we can fine‑tune your watering schedule on the spot and confirm everything is running the way it should. It’s convenience and peace of mind built right in.
